Integration with Beamex CMX or Beamex LOGiCAL Calibration Management Software allows users to effectively manage calibration schedules and assignments. Instruments requiring calibration can be sent directly to a mobile device running the bMobile application. Notably, field calibrations can be conducted offline, facilitated by step-by-step guidance provided within bMobile. The application ensures secure documentation and storage of calibration results, which can be seamlessly transferred back to Beamex CMX or LOGiCAL when an internet connection is available for further analysis or certification printing.
The combination of bMobile and CMX offers a comprehensive solution for maintenance-related inspections and weighing instrument calibrations, while also minimizing the risk of ALCOA violations through enhanced data integrity.
An additional feature is the demonstration mode, allowing potential users to explore bMobile independently of CMX or LOGiCAL. Compatibility extends to LOGiCAL and CMX version 2.11 or later, with options for Weighing Instrument Calibration, Maintenance Inspection, and Beamex Mobile Security Plus available within bMobile if activated in CMX.
